An absolutely devastating time. My heart breaks thinking of all those affected by the bushfires, homes, families and animals too. Especially, those homeless animals in shelters, who have not only been stranded in their lives, but now terrified and likely injured, by the haunting fires.
I have decided to do some research on rescue shelters that have been affected by the bushfires. The destruction which these haunting flames left behind, is shocking. The thought on rebuilding shelters and rehabilitating animals, is a long journey. I will be listing some rescue shelters below, I have spoken with these shelters and they have confirmed, that they need all the help they can get. If you are feeling like you want to get more involved and help out, this is your opportunity! These rescue shelters are calling out for: • Donations -> Food/Chew Treats -> Money -> Blankets -> Bedding -> Toys • Volunteer Helpers I have been so moved, seeing how involved the community is, in response to this crisis. Thank you again for your kindness. Let's continue to work together, to help them out.
